Biscuit Rocket

Indie game studio · PC / Steam

One developer. A team of AI agents. Built live, with you.

Biscuit Rocket is a small independent studio that makes focused, replayable PC games. Every decision, line of code and design document lives in the open workflow we stream on Twitch.

Who we are

Biscuit Rocket was founded in 2026 by Kerem, a solo developer in Türkiye. The studio is one person plus a crew of Claude AI coding agents that each take a role you would find in a real studio: programmers, tool builders, QA, a producer. Art and audio come from human-made CC0 asset packs. Friends may join later; the whole studio is built so a team can grow into it.

Small scope

Finished beats huge

We ship small, polished games rather than chase endless ones.

Open

Built on stream

Much of the work happens live on Twitch, from design talks to bug hunts.

Written down

Everything documented

Decisions, plans and daily logs are recorded like a professional studio.

Sustainable

No crunch

A steady pace we can keep for many games, not one.

In development · working title

Our first game

An isometric action RPG in the spirit of Diablo and Path of Exile, with incremental meta progression.

  • Party of five. Melee, tank, healer, caster and archer. Control one hero while the others follow and fight on their own, and switch heroes mid-run.
  • Procedural dungeons. Rooms, corridors and mazes generated fresh every run, with a boss guarding the way to the next map.
  • Grow stronger every run. Spend what you earn on permanent upgrades and unlock new heroes.
  • Play your way. Keyboard, mouse or gamepad (Xbox and PlayStation).

Coming to Steam on PC. We are aiming for a playable demo at Steam Next Fest. Wishlist link will appear here as soon as the store page is live.

How we work

1 · Ideas

One vision document

Kerem shapes the game in an ideas chat. A producer agent turns it into a versioned goal with clear milestones.

2 · Parallel production

A studio of agents

Each milestone is split into workstreams (map generation, combat, UI, integration, QA), each handled by its own agent, like developers on a team.

3 · Integration

Unreal Engine 5

One integration lead builds everything together in Unreal Engine, tests it and packages playable builds.

4 · Review

Version control first

All work goes through GitHub pull requests and automated checks before it reaches the main build.

About AI: The game's code and documentation are written with the help of AI coding assistants, directed and reviewed by the developer. All art, animation, sound and music are CC0 or royalty-free assets made by human artists. The game contains no AI-generated art, audio, voice or text, and generates nothing with AI while you play.

Build it with us

A studio grown with its community

We build Biscuit Rocket live on Twitch, and the people watching help decide what we make. Viewers drop ideas in chat, every hour chat votes, and the top 3 ideas become real tasks that our agents start building right away, live. Your idea, your vote, in the game, with credit.

1 · Suggest

Pitch an idea

A new enemy, a skill, a boss mechanic, a name. Type !fikir and your idea in chat.

2 · Vote

The chat decides

Every hour, chat votes on the ideas submitted with !fikir.

3 · Build

Watch it happen

The top 3 ideas of each vote become real game work, built while you watch.
